Our Italian Language School is located in the center of Tropea in a charming Villa (Villa dei Gelsomini) which was built in late eighteenth century. The school is surrounded by old palaces, churches, cafes & shops.

2 lessons daily: (10 private lessons per week)
:: We accept all language levels / ages 16+
:: Unlimited course length
:: A "lesson" usually lasts approx. 55 minutes
:: Course runs Monday through Friday (mornings)
:: Placement test & orientation on first day of course
:: Addiitonal lessons available at a charge of $35 US per lesson

The landscape in Calabria is simply beautiful and has remained very wild. This is a fantastic place to spend a learning vacation, study in the morning then explore the countryside or hit the beach in the afternoon.
Enjoy social & cultural outings during the week with other students. Enjoy the local beaches, afternoon boat trips around the Eolie Islands, mountain biking, diving or just walking around the streets of Tropea.
Enjoy a wine course - wine appreciation, regional wines, and advanced wine tasting. Students enrolled for at least one month or who have reached intermediate level, may enroll in these supplementary classes to be held on the bar’s terrazzo with breathtaking views of the Tyrrenian Sea at sundown.

Arrival airport: ROME
Lametia Terme (a small domestic airport) is the nearest airport, which is south of the town Cosenza in Calabria, Southern Italy.
Most students fly into Rome International airport (ROMA) and then make their way across country to Tropea by train. The school is only 5 km from Tropea train station.
Arrival airport: LAMEZIA
You can also fly into the small domestic airport LAMEZIA from ROME (about 45 minutes flying time), about 60 minutes way from Tropea.
