:: To book a space on a Language Vacation, we require a completed booking form along with a deposit of $300,00 or full payment of your Language Vacation.
:: To find the booking form simply go to the "PRICE PAGE" of your chosen Language Vacation, complete & send then follow the payment instructions.
:: Once we have recieved your BOOKING and DEPOSIT, we will send a receipt of payment, we can usually confirm your booking within 48 - 72 hours.

DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR FLIGHT BEFORE YOU HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED
:: Payment can be made using your credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD)
(must be at least 18 years of age)
or by the following methods (money order, check or money transfer).
:: Within 3 - 6 weeks of your Language Vacation start date, you will receive a "package", full of important information including contact details, arrival information, travel insurance, school information - basically all you need to know about your Language Vacation.
:: FULL PAYMENT TERMS
:: All balances must be paid in full 45 days prior to your Lanaguage Vacation start date. If you choose to pay only the deposit at time of booking, a reminder email will be sent to you several weeks before your start date to collect the balance.
:: If the balance of the Language Vacation has not been received 45 days prior to the language vacation start date, an additional late fee of $50.00 may be charged.
:: If final payment has not been received by 45 days prior to the start date, Language Vacation has the right to cancel the Language Vacation with no notice and no refunds
:: For Language Vactions booked less than 45 days prior to the start date, full payment is due.
Last minute bookings - If you book less than 45 days in advance, payments must be made in full. As well there will be a $45 late booking fee added to your cost.
